communication barrier with non-English speaking host

It was suitable place for travelling to Krakow, I was glad to stay there. I stayed 3 nights and didn't want to leave.

Location was marvellous and peaceful, 10 minutes' drive from Main Square. The whole experience met requirements, I would stay here again.

The apartment is absolutely perfect, close to the old town. Nice to have kitchen with a microwave oven, coffee & tea makers, and refrigerators.

it was located in a fairly nice area so close to the center and railway station, 2 food stores, and railway station, the rooms were brand-new and clean, complete with a private safe, a mini bar, and a sofa bed.

I always choose this place for my stay. The staff helped me find my way on my first visit. It has everything I need: Free Wi-Fi, TV, laundry, express check-in, and fun activities. Coming back for Christmas.

My partner and I had a fantastic stay at Nowy Kleparz for 2 nights in December. The apartment was perfect for us and offered great value for money. The location was convenient, only a 30-minute drive from the airport and a 15-minute walk to the beautiful old town. The keys were easily collected, and the host was incredibly kind and friendly. The room itself was clean and well-equipped, with a mini-kitchen that had everything we needed. The bathroom was modern and spacious, and we even received a thoughtful gesture of tea, coffee, and sugar from the host. a wonderful experience!
